Lee EisenstaedtLee Eisenstaedt, MBA

Lee Eisenstaedt brings more than 35 years of finance and operations experience to the clients of L. Harris Partners, who benefit from his unique ability to understand both sides of the client-service equation.

 Lee’s engagements have included serving as the Chief of Operations for a top 50 accounting firm and surveying/interviewing several thousand clients of professional services firms.  Prior to L. Harris Partners, Lee served as Chief Operating Officer for the Upper Midwest region of a top five national accounting firm. Before that time, he spent 21 years with the SC Johnson family of companies – including the consumer products company, the SC Johnson family office, and Johnson Outdoors, Inc. – in the U.S. and Western Europe.  Lee also spent six years with Baxter International, Inc. in finance and accounting positions.

Lee is a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences of practitioners of professional services including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Association for Accounting Marketing, Legal Marketing Association, and Moore Stephens North America.

Lee received his MBA from Northwestern University and his BA from Franklin & Marshall College. He has attended executive programs on marketing at Harvard, Wharton, and Northwestern Universities, and is a member of the Association for Accounting Marketing, and an associate member of the AICPA, and the Illinois Society of CPAs.

Tom SidersTom Siders, CPA, CGMA

Tom Siders has a 35-year history of successfully managing professional services practices of all sizes. His expertise spans industries and practice areas, with a particular focus on client growth and client retention programs, practice diagnostics, firm operations and strategy development.

Prior to co-founding L. Harris Partners, LLC in 2010, Tom was an executive at a top five national accounting firm.  In that role, he had responsibility for several national niche services and geographic practices, with combined revenue in excess of $350 million. He redesigned the firm’s business planning process, led the development and launch of the firm’s federal government practice, and was responsible for the firm’s wealth advisory and broker-dealer business.

As a practicing CPA, Tom was a recognized leader in his field. He was called upon to provide expert testimony before a Joint Taxation Subcommittee of the Iowa legislature regarding the impact of Iowa’s tax policies on closely held manufacturers. He has also served on the AICPA’s Assurance Services Committee.
